Jessica Drew Day is a Rhode Island small-business owner and owner of Daylight Films & Video, with more than 30 years of experience working in film and television in Rhode Island. She has worked with independent filmmakers, television and commercial productions, corporate clients, and events. Alongside her husband, Michael, she has built a successful film and video production business, working as a producer, camera operator, and in whatever role was needed to get the job done. Jessica holds a degree in Business Management and Finance from Johnson & Wales University, giving her both hands-on business experience and a strong foundation in finance and management. Her business has earned hundreds of 5-star reviews, including from more than 100 brides she has worked with over the years. She’s also a small-scale chicken farmer, giving her firsthand experience with the hard work of running a business and managing a property. Jessica and Michael have been married for many years and are proud grandparents. She genuinely cares about Narragansett and South Kingstown and wants to bring a practical, independent voice to the State House. She believes in responsible spending, protecting local control, improving our water and sewer infrastructure, and making sure the concerns of local residents are heard.
